You can’t get refund if you’re not happy or satisfied with product or make mistake in making order.
But you can get refund if you find problems as listed below.
In this case, please take video or picture when you open the delivery box and contact us through Q&A Board.
-If you receive faulty product,
-If you receive wrong product, which is different with product that you actually ordered,
-If some items are not delivered,
You need to make an exchange request within 7 days from the date you received the item.
Unless you have video or picture opening deliver box and product, please remember that you can’t get a refund.
